Skill for Claude Code v2.1.0

A design and engineering arsenal for Claude Code.

A free skill that lets your agent plan, design, build, animate and review whole websites and software, against rules it can be checked on.

What it does

Six jobs. One standard.

Arsenal runs whole projects, not single effects. Every step has rules with numbers, so the result can be checked instead of admired.

  1. 01Plan
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Animate
  5. 05Engineer
  6. 06Review

01 Plan

It asks before it draws.

An interview, one question at a time, until every decision is made. Then the project files: SOUL.md for who it is for, MASK.md for how it looks, ARMOURY.md for type, tools and five dials that decide what the project may do.

ARMOURY.mdexcerpt

## Type
website

## Dials
auftreten: werkstatt
bewegung: 1
dichte: luftig
technik: statisch
tonfall: nüchtern

The keys are German, as in the files: presence, motion, density, technique, voice. A missing dial stops every command. Guessing them silently is how a joinery ends up with a startup page.

02 Design

Taste, written as numbers.

Grid, type, colour and perception as measurable rules, plus layout patterns beyond the card grid and a slop test: if it could be captioned “AI made that”, it failed.

  • Body text16–18 px, line height 1.5–1.6
  • Measure45–75 characters
  • Contrast4.5:1 text, 3:1 large text and controls
  • NeutralsOKLCH-tinted, never pure black or white
  • Typefacestwo families at most, of different kinds
  • Techniquesone or two per page, not five

03 Build

A fixed order, because the order is the point.

The build runs as a workflow you see as a flowchart first. Content comes before layout, references before generation, variants before choice. 48 ready building blocks wait in the library before anything is drawn from scratch.

  1. Content before layoutreal copy for every section and state
  2. Reference pullconfirmed references loaded first
  3. Variants and selectionnever the first draft
  4. Assemblyeach agent owns its own files
  5. Critique loopindependent reviewers, three fix rounds at most
  6. Release gatefresh reviewers, another model than the builder
  7. Performance and reduced motionmeasured on the rendered page

04 Animate

Motion with a reason to exist.

A motion doctrine with sourced tokens instead of hand-picked milliseconds. Transform and opacity only, bounce almost never, and a complete reduced-motion version at every setting. WebGL, 3D and scroll choreography come with their budgets.

Standard
cubic-bezier(.2, 0, 0, 1)
Overshoot
one token per project, at most

05 Engineer

The parts nobody sees, held to the same standard.

Architecture, data, APIs, security, optimisation and conventions, each a reference the agent opens before it decides. A tech database of 359 entries proposes the stack. Fourteen standard checks prove a build meets its requirements.

  • PLNRequirements quality
  • REQTraceability
  • FUNFunction and edge cases
  • TSTTests
  • SECSecurity
  • PRFPerformance
  • A11YAccessibility
  • CODCode and conventions
  • DATData and backups
  • APIAPI contract
  • ERRErrors and logging
  • OPSDeploy and rollback
  • DOCDocumentation
  • LICLicences

06 Review

Six critics who never see each other’s notes.

Each reviewer starts fresh and checks the same page alone. A finding without severity, location, finding and fix is dropped. The rest is merged into Necessary, Recommended and Taste, and fixed on your word.

  1. Design critique
  2. Pattern detector
  3. Technical audit
  4. Persona walkthrough
  5. Legal and trust
  6. Motion and interaction

From the review of this pageNecessary

Location
Hero, the tile with the amber ring, at 1440 px
Finding
The ring framed a tile that is empty for about 40 % of its loop: the brightest outline in the hero pointed at nothing.
Fix
Move the ring to a tile that is always filled. Done in round two.

Commands

Nine commands. Type /arsenal to see them.

Without a command, Arsenal works as a reference: your agent opens only the files the question needs.

/arsenal plan

Start a project: an interview first, then the project files, a build workflow and a database entry.

[project-path] [brief]
/arsenal build

Show the build plan as a flowchart, take your comments, then run the build in its fixed order.

[project-path] [copy|assets]
/arsenal interface

The same build for software. Refuses to run on a project set up as a website.

[project-path] [copy|assets]
/arsenal register

Bring an existing project under management: crawl it, derive the project files, ask only for what is missing.

<project-path> [url]
/arsenal critics

Six independent reviewers, merged and ranked findings, fixes after your confirmation. Also for a single file.

[project-path] | --file <path>
/arsenal loot

Capture a reference from a URL or screenshot, section by section, keeping only what you confirm.

<url|screenshot-path> [type]
/arsenal lernen German for learn

Learn from an open source (a course, a book, a standard) and turn it into measurable rules after your confirmation.

<topic|url> [--quelle <url>]
/arsenal behavior

View and edit the standing preferences: one dated rule per line, kept across projects.

[add|edit|remove]
/arsenal db

List the projects Arsenal manages, or show one project’s record and its last review.

[name]

Install

One line, and your agent has it.

On Windows PowerShell, use $HOME\.claude\skills\arsenal as the target folder.

Then in Claude Code

/arsenal

Without a command it lists all nine. Start a project with /arsenal plan.

Arsenal complements the impeccable skill: its build calls impeccable’s critique and audit as two review stages.
